Kindly note that we will send you all the legal documents signed by *** *** by fax and by mail that shows the details of the loan and all paperwork that we already gave it to himWe only have a few complaints from the people whom can't handle their payments: We gave the car in good condition
and whatever she was complaining on that car we fixed it up without charging her anything to keep good reputationAs for registration we had to go twice to the DMV since they had a tax block on their endPlus the additional USD we asked for that because of the differences between the 7% sales tax and what they added as the title fees and other fees all are available on the receipt for the sales tax and registration fees that she had plus we informed her that we are going to charge her for the runner for the second time only, since they had problem with the taxationIt came up to USD while she made us a check with this amount and we couldn't withdrawal since she made stop payment on it Thank you ***

All the paperwork that *** signed had $on itThe Purchase and Sales paper had $on itI did not try to hide any of these fees.Thanks you,***

[***'s wife did everything onlinewhile *** was on a airplaneThe bill of sale did say $but he said that was the TOTAL INCLUDING the banks interest charge and has repeatedly told me he cant give me any paperwork as it was done online.I have never heard of such a thingIn a previous response from *** he said he was going to mail EVERYTHING out well as to date I still have not received anythingI think this is his way of screwing people who do business with him.]

the price of the car was $5,000.00 plus sales tax and the GAP Insurance, less the 2 checks I gave him of $500.00 ea and the $100.00 cash for the temporary plate. So why is he telling the bank the purchase price was $7500.00. This would be the reason the sales tax at registry was more money. I feel that this is a error on his part and he needs to contact the bank and correct this so that the loan is for the correct amount. As of today I still have NOT received ANY paperwork from this dealer. NO paperwork from what he submitted to the bank, NO emissions report, NO receipt for the sales tax. also please note that I have contacted the DMV Commissions Dept.
