In response to this complaint, here at Sandy Motors all vehicles that leave this dealership get a rigorous inspection by us even before it is safety and emission inspectedThe consumer since owning the vehicle has put 15,miles on itVirtually every vehicle is going to have some rust on it somewhere, sometimeThe combination of complex sheet metal work, with lots of hidden nooks and crannies cause hidden rust to work from the inside out making if very difficult to detectRust could not be there one day at the time of an inspection but could develop and spread quickly due to mileage, road & other conditionsThe vehicle is a nine year old vehicle; his complaint should be brought to General Motors because if a nine year old vehicle has developed frame issues then the manufacture could have frame problemsFor example Ford Ranger & Toyota Truck frame issues that has been made public by the manufacturerThe unfortunate accident the consumer stated he was in could have caused this problem to become greater, as well leading to the damageWe at Sandy Motors feel bad about the issue that has happened; we do feel that his insurance company should cover thisSincerely, [redacted] General ManagerSandy Motors Inc
