On November I dropped off two pairs of pants to get the bottom of the legs hemmed and two jackets to get the zippers replacedI was told my items would be done in a week and the store would call meI called after weeks and the items still weren't finished and the store had never contacted meOne week later my pants had finally arrivedThey charged me $a pair for a terrible sew job that was crooked and very unevenThen they told me my jackets were going to be quite a while longer but they had no idea when they'd be doneIt took another two weeks for my jackets to get the zippers replaced on themWhen I showed up to retrieve my items I was told I had an $"holding" fee because the items have been there in the store since November They lied, they even had a ticket that had November stamped on it for the competition date
