WARNING: Do not give this corrupt business your money! I had a 50% off coupon I received after moving to the area When I dropped my clothing off I asked how much it would be without mentioning the coupon When picking up my items I proceeded to give over the coupon and the same Asian lady grabbed the coupon and tossed it under the counter, presumably it the garbage She gave me the same cost as when I dropped it off and said the discount was already applied So you charge $a piece for pants to be dry cleaned! I asked for a manager and of course she was the only one working Revdex.com will be notified about this corrupt marketing scam!!!`

This business is out to rip off consumersThe prices for their alterations are NOT POSTED ANYWHERE and are not providedOnce you go to pick up your tailored clothing they drop the bomb on you and you could have purchased a brand new outfit for the price they charge to hem a dress inchesPrices should be posted so consumers can make an informed decision to have the work doneI will never go back there againThe owner was not customer focused and did nothing to help - what customer service!

every work is differentwe were doing a professional workwe do not like to compare with unprofessional workcostco shirt and boss shirt are different pricethe price for alteration was listed in our storeplus, in order to keep customer happy, we gave customer $off that day already. The total bill that day should be $and we only charged $from my understanding, she wants the work for free which we can not take that offer

As most of the drycleaners, we can not post every item or price of our service because we provide services on what customer bring usIt depends on how much time and material we spend on the serviceswe could estimate on how much work we would do from a basic chargeWe do have a basic price list
and reasonal upcharge chart in computer for common services such as pants, shirt, dress, comforter etcIf any customer want to know the price, we would go eastimat and call them before we do itIt's not posible to call every customer
For alteration such as shortening, our basic price is set as shortening pants start with $the upcharge depends on material and size of the garment customer bringing usFor her dress, it's knit and size is more than double of the pantsit took us more than double the time to do the workThat's why we charge $24.00.
