I called this company thinking I was speaking to Quickbooks During the entire conversation the advisor did not once inform me that I was not speaking to Quickbooks but rather a 3rd party After doing a diagnostic test on my computer he informed me that my data was corrupted and needed to be repaired to correct the problem I was having I was then showed two different support plans - a 6month plan at a cost of $and a one year plan at a cost of $ I asked the cost for a one time fix and was quoted the price of $400! After raising a fuss I was told they would fix the data for free The tech said he was going to transfer me to the appropriate department - he transferred me to the real Quickbooks company My files were not corrupted and my problem was rectified at no charge What a scam!!

We approached saneaccounting for our tax related issues, the Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable he sorted our everything in less than an hour I really liked the services they provided

We had almost the exact same experience as Chris C They should clearly state on the phone that they are a third-party service provider and not employed by Intuit or Quickbooks

This business claims to be a licensed advisor and reseller of quickbooks software, licenses, and support I have purchased the quickbooks program from them with support for $being misled the entire time This company has advertising and they sell illegal software and licenses We have been told by QB that our license is not valid and software not registerable I have asked for a refund on occasions and promised a refund however none was ever received
This company should be prosecuted

On January 20, I contacted what I thought was Quickbooks regarding a technical issue/question I was told they would need to take over my system and see what the problem was Because I thought I was speaking with Quickbooks, I agreed I was told "I had been corrupted" Although I found that hard to believe, they insisted that was the problem Of course, since I do not have technical coverage I would have to payThey gave me a run down of their charges (outrageous) and I agreed to a "Quickbooks Service - months" for $then after the two years is up, its $99/year thereafter
I gave this company my banking information to pay for the servicesThey in-turn "fixed my problem" (There was NO CORRUPTION) I received an order receipt for the $with all my information on it, an acknowledgement form and an email stating the above
AT NO TIME DID THEY SAY THEY WERE A THIRD PARTY My acknowledgement form stated "SaneAccounting" Quickbooks ProAdvisor Of course this w

We paid this company $on October 1, for a yearly subscription for help with QuickbooksToday I called them because I needed help reinstalling QuickbooksTHey ran their scan and said that my files are corruptThen they checked my plan and refused to help me unit I paid for another year subscription since I did not renew within a week of expirationThe year has not expired yetNo where in the paperwork does it say I need to renew with a week to receive help the last weekI did not even no my subscription expired until I looked at the receipt from last yearThe manager on the phone said as a favor they can give me the subscription of two years for the price of oneI believe these people are scamming meI don't even think my files were corrupt like they stated since when I ran the QUickbooks file doctor nothing came up

I contacted SaneAccounting because I had a problem with Quicken and they advertised that they solve issues with QuickenI had to pay up $for a one year contractI contacted them or times and the issue was never resolvedEach time I was told the files are totally corrupted and if I do not extend my contract the backup files would be be lost and the whole computer infectedAt that stage I told them that this is a scam enterprise and they are a fraudulent companyGary is one of the worst perpetrators in that companyI have contacted the office of the CEO of Quicken and told them about itThey have contacted me and will start proceedings against themThis company is a disgrace to any state

My first issue is that this business claimed to be Intuit when in fact it wasn't The second issue is that this company wasted over hours of my business time to do something that Intuit has described as illegal They placed my Quickbooks company file in a dropbox so that we can use it in multi-user function I wanted to be able to use it simultaneously which they said they would be able to do and after over hours told me that I couldn't They said that I would have to pay for months of service and I agreed to it They charged me $and asked me for my routing number and account number I believe this company scams people and I'm afraid of them having this information
After they couldn't deliver on the service, they said that my bank account would not be charged This was just Friday afternoon so I don't know if that is a fact
They also tried to delete the chat conversation that I was trying to save by taking charge of the mouse, since they logged onto my computer,
