I have never seen such professionalism in employees. It was [redacted] and a helper and they were very nice and cleaned up every time . [redacted] also always called before he came over to let us know when he would be here. For something that was a bad experience to go through your guys made it a good experience with the great service.
My grandmother thought her space heater was the best way to stay warm over night, but it ended up causing more than just warmth. The faulty heater caused sparks, which ignited a fire. Fortunately, she made it out, but her bedroom was severely damaged. Servpro of Madison-Goodlettsville were able to clean up the aftermath and give my grandmother back a clean room.
