I bought a used truck on 8/27/2015. Truck blew up and does not run as of 9/4/2015, 2 weeks after purchase.Bought[redacted] from [redacted] (sales rep there) on 8/27/2015. Thermostat blew and holes in oil pan after only 2 weeks of having vehicle on 9/4/2015. I paid a total of $3,135 for the vehicle, and now, after only 2 weeks, the vehicle is crapped out and I am looking at about the same amount to replace the motor and other needs to get it running again./////Desired SettlementI would like my money back from the purchase./////

The salesperson, [redacted], attempted to sale me a car with body damage. They then offered my an I owe you and promised to make it look brand new. UntrueCustomer service was horrible, When I test drove 2 vehicles both of them had their gas lights on (which is not good for the cars fuel system). They are very cheap and tricky. They were aware about the damage on the vehicle, but of course did not point it out, CHECK CAR ENTIRELY!! After trying to cover it up, they said they would make it look brand new. They didn't, I can see the damage even at night, 50 ft away, There were other big marks on the car they refused to fix. When I arrived to have my car fixed, they said they hire a contractor, who only works on pretty Mondays, because this upset me, they offered to come pick my car up, and drop off a loaner. My car was an [redacted], they brought me their smallest vehicle, a [redacted]. This was unsafe for my four year old, especially since there was no lap buckle in the center back seat. The sales rep knew safety was my number one concern when I purchased my car, They never called to make sure the job was to my satisfaction, b/c they didn't care, and they did not fix it. Even though I paid 16K, and they made money off my trade-in (gave me 2k and selling it for 6K), they refused to fill my car up with gas or offer even a coupon book stating that was because it was "used" but they didn't come down on that outstanding $600 buyers fee. I should have stayed local, the fees were $400 less ([redacted] also refused to sale my [redacted] themselves b/c of the damaged body frame and prior accidents), when I asked the rep about it, she replied "wouldn't you pay a few hundred more to have a more personal experience", uh no. I liked the car, but now regret it, my [redacted] drove way better. No personal thank you from the salesperson, the manager never even spoke, and we were there for at least 6 hrs between the two days. So that whole 1 hr advertisement is maybe for someone buying a new car and accepting of their outrageous financing options. I drove back in town (50+miles) and was able to get the interest rate from their 4.6% to a 1.9% but they suggested that was the best they could do. Although, I did get a lot of laughs out of this ordeal due to their unprofessional-ism. I only like to write positive reviews, but in this case I may help someone make a more informed decision. I should have taken my own advise, b/c the first time I bought a car there (which was no discount for being a return cust.), I had a bad experience, they waited until I test drove and purchased the car and then took the nice mats out, stating those would be hundreds more, but they could add it on to the price. Their facility is also not up to date, their children's play room was extremely dirty with no toys for kids to play with. They are very cheap and set in their ways, the person who helped me has been there over 15 years along with the manger, and they should know to treat their customers and not trick them into buying a damaged vehicle! Ask for a[redacted] report b'c they would not give me one, read it off their screen, (it could have said there were prior accidents they don't want you to know about). Very untruthful, and they fit the stereotypes of deceitful car sales men. Desired SettlementI should be able to take the car somewhere else since they refuse to correct the damaged bumper, which they provided me with an I Owe You for. They did not fulfill their obligation. I just want my bumper fixed properly. I can get an estimate and they can pay the bill.
