Impossible to get a hold of them.
I have paid Sanford Law office 1500 dollars to take my case regarding my daughter. It has been over 3 months since I have been trying to get a hold of someone to no luck. *** responded to my email a month ago on 11/12/18. I made it known that I would no longer like to continue with my case and would like to have my retainer back as I did not use it. A month has gone by and I have yet to heard from anyone there. Before that I called left voicemails and still nothing. It shouldn't be this hard getting hold of someone you already paid services for.
I would like my retainer refunded. I no longer need to continue with the case and would just like my money back.
