Will offer $refund or credit toward future repairs

I am rejecting this response because:
To whom it may concern;  In refrence to this claim I [redacted] have not received a refund as agreed upon from Sangera Buick INC.

I received a phone call from the general manager offering to refund the over charged amount. Additionally he offered to perform several hundered dollars of additional repairs at no charge. I accepted the refund for the over charged amount but declined the offer to complete the additional repairs at no charge. I received my refund in the mail yesterday. I am satisfied with the outcome.

At the present time I find it very hard to respond to a complaint were no actual transaction took place. The customer visited the dealership to purchase a car that was not available for retail sale. the Sales person informed the customer the vehicle was not available and therefore no sales...

transaction took place. It's hard to defend a position of customer speculation after the fact. once the car was available it was offered for sale and another customer purchased the car. we would welcome the opportunity to sell Mr. [redacted] a car. However, used cars tend to be unique in character and therefore no two are alike. thank you for your concern in this matter.[redacted]
