At this time, I have been contacted directly by Sangirardi Contracting regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has
NOT been resolved because:
No I received a call from Sangirardi Contracting jan **, he did not offer to fix the problemsHe said that it would go to arbitration and that I would loseHe said he was going to call his lawyer and take me to courtHe thinks that I am wrong and that I don't stand a chanceI am the homeowner, paid for a job to be done and I want it to be fixedHe expects me to fix it myselfI went to the man who made the cabinets and he said he couldn't fix it because I didn't buy them from himHe gave me a skin and told me I could put the piece over the problem and it would look it was fixedThe problem is it keeps getting worseI went back to the cabinet manHe said *** bought the cabinets there is nothing I can do for youThe only alterative was for me to bring him the damaged cabinet and he would repair the cabinet, he could not give me a time frame for the fixIf I remove the cabinet I will likely break the graniteWhen ** *** found out I went to the Cabinet man he sent me a text message and told me to Lawyer upAgain no offer to help!!!! after I spent $28,000!!!

When to customers home, did an inspection of the cabinets turns out that there was a defect on the inside of cabinets the laminate was cracking also some of the doors were basically falling apartAfter that contacted the distributor that the cabinets were purchased from we did another inspection, after we discussed possible solutions, the cabinet distributor agreed to pay homeowner 4,and I agreed to pay 2,to customer.Electrician that was hired by me forgot to hookup one hot leg of an outlet I found the wire and hooked up outlet there was cracking on two metal corner beads and two small cracks in spackle with we repaired and painted customer was happy with the resolution

Review: contractor installed kitchen and outside entrance door. After completion and all monies paid. I have several issues that have not been fixed. I have called and texted him several times, after last phone call obscenities were said and he hung up on me. Entrance door leaks Dishwasher not mountedone electric outlet is not workingone outside cabinet is cracking and needs to be either replaced or repairedDesired Settlement: I want a refund of what it will pay a new contractor to repair the issues.
