Sangster Motors, Inc.

I am a veteran who went to sangster to get a bigger vehicle for my growing family. [redacted] was the salesman we worked with and he helped us find a Subaru Tribeca that we all loved.

After we did all the approval paperwork we agreed won coming back in a week with more paperwork and the down payment. We signed a paper saying we'd be back by the next Friday.

That Thursday [redacted] called my girlfriend and told her they replaced the brakes and it would be ready on Friday. My girlfriend asked if her needed her to run the down payment to him, to which he said that it wasn't needed.

The next day on veterans day weekend [redacted] called and told her another salesman sold the Subaru.

After calling to complain, I was told they are sorry and that the owner would like to talk to me the next day.

That Saturday of Veterans day weekend I went in to talk to the owner. Instead I was offered a different vehicle with a scratch down the side and no apologies.

Needless to say I left disgusted. Later I called [redacted] and he said he couldn't do anything for us. I called again and spoke to the finance manager and he tried to help but couldn't find a good replacement vehicle.

I received very poor service. I was promised by my salesman that they deliver cars to mechanics of the customer's choice for inspection. When I made an appointment with the mechanic, they refused to take the car saying they already had their own mechanics look at it, they are too busy, and it can take it myself if I want to.
