Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response received from the company is not consistent with previous methods executed by the company and does not reflect the same information supplied to me by employees of the companyUpon review of my account when I originally signed up with Sanico I paid on a pro-rated basis since I did not start service until the middle of October The original bill was pro-rated based on the number of pick-ups that would be performed by Sanico for October and not the entire monthFurther when I received an email from Sanico on this issue, their email response clearly stated "When someone starts service we do adjust the bill accordingly." This statement would appear to indicate the company's ability to pro-rate a bill based on the number of pick-upsFinally when I called to cancel my policy I was told that I would be billed on a pro-rated basis based on the date of cancellationTherefore the response supplied by the company is unacceptable Regards, [redacted] ***
