Sanitas Medical Center

I am a new pt and I was only going because my new insurance gave me this facility as my PCP. I went to first appt and it was fine except the dr was from Miami, FL and stated he was an HIV/AIDS dr there and travels back and forth. He asked me if I was sexually active and I said yes, with my husband. Got lab work done and noticed he tested me for all the STD's possible without my permission and for no reason. (It is actually against the law to do this without my consent or knowledge). Everytime you call the office it goes to a call center. You CAN NOT get thru directly to your PCP office location. I have left 4 msg for the office to call me regarding my referrals that I have appt for in 2 days now. I actually even drove 30 mins to the office from my house so I could talk with the receptionist. She said they NEVER get the call centers msgs! She took all my info and said she would call me the same day, but never did. I am furious!
I WILL NOT be going back to the place or any other Sanitas location ever! They should be reported!

The Referral department at Sanitas on Osceola Parkway in Kisimmee Florida, has no one to do their job. Every time I need a medical referral for a member of my family I must invest weeks of my time so that someone can approve it. Customer service in this department is non-existent in my experience. Everyone says that referrals are approved within 7 days of being requested but it is false, you can spend 2 weeks calling this department every day or go to the Sanitas office and nobody does their job to help you and solve the situation. Neither the Sanitas office nor the telephone service operators manage to get a referral approved on time and that requires appointments to be changed since they are lost waiting for the referral to be approved and sent to the medical office. Someone should do something to help the patients

1STAR IS ACTUALLY TOO MUCH MAYBE NAGATIVE 1STAR TO BE EXACT..FOR ONE I NOTICE ALLOR MOST OF THE DOCTORS ARE ONLY SPANISH..I THOUGHT NOTHING OF IT AT FIRST ...STARTED HERE WITH MY SPOUSE IN 2020, THE 1ST STRIKE WAS MY HUSBAND WENT TO GET ANNUAL CHECK UP AND WAS GIVING LISINOPRIL( HAS NO HART,HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR ANYTHING CLOSE TO IT! LUCKILY I LOOK UP ALL PRESCRIPTIONS BEFORE TAKING THEM..I CALLED THE DOCTOR TO ASK WHY IT WAS PRESCRIBED ..THE ONLY ANSWER I WAS GIVING WAS ,SHE DONT KNOW WHY WHOUKD THEY GIVE HIM THAT IT COULD HAVE CAUSED A SERIOUS MEDICAL ISSUE AND SO WE DONT LEAVE THE COMPANY SHE CHANGED US TO A DIFFERENT OFFICE! NEXT STRIKE AFTER BEING TRANFERRED TO ANOTHER LOCATION I WENT IN FOR MY ANNUAL AND LABS..I RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT ONE OF MY LABS WERE ABNORMAL... NOW IM 45 YEARS OLD AND IVE NEVER HAD ABNORBAL TEST RESULTS AND THE DOCTOR DOESNT CONTACT YOU FOR EITHER FOLLOW UP OR ADVISE WHAT WOULD I NEED TO DO TO FIX THE ISSUE NOTHING ..AND I MEAN NOTHING AT ALL...SO I CALLED AND FOR 2 WEEKS NOTHING LEAVING MESSAGES AND EMAILING THROGH THE APPSTILL NOTHING THEN I FINALLY GET A CALL BACK STATING THEY DONT CALL OR FOLLOW UP ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO...!LASTLY AND IM SICK OF THEM AND DONE! MY SPUSE AND I BOTH MADE APPOINTMENT OR OUR ANNUAL CHECKUP SENT CONFIMATION EMAIL AMD ADDRESS WHERE WE NEEDED TO ATTEND...LATER ON I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING APPOINTMENT WOULD BE VIRTUAL..I DIDNT MIND THAT BUT ..NO INFO IN REFERENCE TO MY SPOUSE ...STILL NO INFO UNTIL BEING ON HOLD FOR A SUPERVISER FOR 30 MINUTES STATING MY SPOUSES APPOINTENT WAS CANCELLED DO TO THE WEATHER MIND YOU WE LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSHOLD SO THE STROM WOULD AFFECT BOTH OF OUR APPOINTMENT ...WOULDNT IT? NO EXPLANATION OR NYTHING...STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY... THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE OF WHATS GOING ON OR FOR THE LACK OF A BETTER WORD DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT OUR HEALTH

Very bad service and lack of caring for patient wellfare
After months of waiting to get an appointment I went to see a doctor at the kendall office he told me that he was going to continue the treatment of my previous doctor he send the prescription to the pharmacy the insurance call to get the doctor approval, but after weeks waiting for the medicine they told me that he was asking for the medical records of the previous dr they received them and after days now they tell me that the doctor says that he cannot prescribe the medicine
