I was happy with Sanitation Solutions at first until I was home one pickup day and saw their guys throw our recycling into our trash can and dump everything on the truckI called and was told that they weren't sending a recycling truck down our street because there weren't enough stops, but that the pickup guys were supposed to be bagging our recycling and taking it separately and that it wouldn't happen againA couple months later, I was home on pickup day again, and I watched it happen againIt took a week of calling and emailing the company to finally get a response, and that response was "We're no longer going to offer you recycling." I suspect all of our recycling went to the landfill during the year or so we used them

I canceled my account with Sanitation Solutions on April 25, a little over a month ago, after not receiving agreed-upon servicesI was told that someone would be out to pick up the trash and recycling bins within a week and to please leave them at the curbI left the bins at the curb for a full week, and no one came out to pick them upI have since called once a week every single week for the last month to tell them that the bins would be at the top of my driveway and to ask for someone to please come get them off my propertyEvery single week, I was told someone would be out that week to pick them upNo one ever came to get themThe last time I called, which was on May 20, I told them I would file a complaint if the bins were not gone by the end of the day on Friday, May It's May today, and the bins are still in my driveway
