Hi, thank you for quick respond, indeedI would like first and foremost Sano Hospital to release full Patient Records: I received the "chart' that appears to be typed on 10-13-Since they did not diagnosed nor treated animal properly they should refund the what they have charged usOne cannot expect to be paid for misdiagnosis hence mistreatment and ignoring my statements that the dog is not improving.Regards
