SANOSTEC CORP offers a day refund on the purchase price of our products whether they are purchased through our internet store or at a pharmacy or at a pharmacyWe require the customer return all of the products to us, a copy of their sales receipt and a note indicating the reason for the return,
which must contain the customer's contact information (name, address and phone or email)Sales tax or shipping and handling costs are not refundedThe customer, who made the complaint, *** ***, returned the product and the receipt but failed to include a note with her name, address and contact information on it so we had no way to issue her refundWhen a return is processed the products and mailing packages are disposed of and only the paper work is submitted for a customer refunds or exchangesContrary to her note, we do NOT block phone calls without caller IDS, and we have a voice mail system should anyone call after hoursWe try to return calls in a timely manner and know that we left *** *** a voice mail in response to her call asking her to call us during regular business hours 8am to 6pm estEven in her note to you, she did not identify her receipt with the name of the store where she purchased the product, which was *** *** *** ** *** CaWe were finally able to locate her receipt from our "unknown customer returns" filed based on the amount of the receipt that she has claimed is due herAs aforementioned, we do not refund sales tax so the refund to her is the purchase price of the product A check in this amount will be issued to her today, 4/26/She should be in receipt within or business daysWe take our stellar business practices and reutation quite seriously and appreciate your prompt response that this matter has been resolved successfully
