Service for me has been excellent - with a lot of flexibility and understanding being shown by Tammy and team on my [redacted] to Vancouver move, and back again (which is really essential when dealing with cross-border shipping complexities) The move team was punctual, friendly, efficient and did a great job protecting the goods Not sure why all the negative comments on here, but I know I personally have been a total pain to Tammy and she's beared with me very well throughout These people leaving reviews are describing characteristics that are completely the opposite to my experiences Sounds more like they've had a hard time with customs, weight, or whatever - and they are literally blaming the messenger for it TransCanada do the job well, have plenty experience, are extremely accommodating, and are at a good price point Sure it can be a complex process moving between countries, but little of that is generally their fault

I wanted to acknowledge the professional handling of my move from [redacted] to [redacted] , from the phone calls to let me know the status to the phone call the morning of the move saying they were mins away They arrived at the designated time of 8:00AM - moved some furniture to my condo unit- and other designated bins to my locker in the basement of the building The two men were friendly professional and worked quickly I would highly recommend this company if you want an easy move because they are service oriented, when we all know the stress that's involved with any move

When planning our cross-country move, we contacted five companies for quotes/information While they were not the least expensive quote nor were they offering the quickest shipping, Trans Canada Movers had the best customer service They took the time to answer all of our questions when booking the reservation and were always quick to respond to emails/phone calls I dealt with the Delta office as well as contacts in Montreal, one of the mid-way points where our stuff landed The movers who picked up our load in Coquitlam, BC and dropped off our load in Fredericton, NB were friendly, professional and took appropriate care in moving our belongings

I would like to recognize Trans Canada Movers for the help they gave me in a last minute pack and moveTammy was extremely helpful and organized, and personally helped me pack my boxes and took care of the shipment for meShe even co-ordinated getting my items all the way to me in Northern Ontario by finding another company to bring my items the rest of the way, at a much cheaper price than I expectedI was given excellent customer service in a very last minute situation and I really appreciate and time and effort that Tammy put in to help me outIt is great to see companies like this that go above and beyond for people because they can and want to, not for any other reasonThank you!

Companies these days are far too often overrun by poor reviews when the vast majority of great transactions and experiences go unnoticed That said, I just wanted to offer some praise to these guys for a job well done
We recently had Trans Canada Movers ship some of our items from Vancouver, BC to Toronto and were very impressed with the entire process
The contacts at the head office, particularly Tammy Rmade what would usually make for a stressful situation painless and easy Amazing communication despite my numerous emails and inquiries
The guys who picked up the items on the day gave me a window between 10:AM and 2:PM When they called me at 10:AM just three minutes into the proposed piwindow, I was beyond impressed Friendly group, professional and very fast
Finally, the quoted amount was honoured and we knew exactly what to expect in terms of balance owing and delivery time-frames
Would not hesitate to recommend their services at allRemember, you'll always find far more negative reviews online than positive but Trans Canada Movers are an excellent company, offering an excellent service

Not to mention that my move should have taken 2 weeks. It took a month. My things sat in storage for 3 weeks and no one notified me. I had to repeatedly send emails to THEM before my situation was resolved. Then I received appalling attitude from the dispatcher [redacted].
