AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I BROUGHT MY CAT HERE TO BE PUT TO SLEEP AND I REGRET DOING IT THERE...NOT THAT THE EXPERIENCE WASN'T PAINFUL ENOUGH, THE VET THAT DID IT HAD A BAD BEDSIDE MANNERI WANTED THE VET TO GIVE HER "THE SHOT" RIGHT AWAY, BUT SHE INSISTED ON GIVING HER A TRANQUILIZER FIRSTTHE VET DID NOT WARN ME THAT MY BABY GIRL WAS GOING TO BE "PADDLING AND PANTING", THAT WAS A HORRIBLE SIGHT! THIS WENT ON FOR MINUTES BEFORE SHE DECIDED TO GIVE HER THE LETHAL INJECTIONI HAVE TWO OTHER CATS AND I WILL NEVER EVER BRING THEM THERE! R.I.PMY SWEETHEART...XOXO

I ordered a unitard from this company on February **, 2015 and never received an email confirmation or any other evidence of my purchase (except the screenshot that I took of the online order being processed). It is now March [redacted] and I still haven't received anything from the company. Their website states that they process and ship orders within "a few business days" but clearly that's a lie. They've taken my money and haven't supplied the product. Others have reported the same issues with this company so I guess I should have just gone to the store instead of ordering online. Either way, they're essentially committing fraud so they need to be dealt with.

Review: Days Ago I placed an order for articles of dance wear, in the amount of USD 129.67.

An email from [redacted] arrived indicating that my order (# PR) would be shipped via [redacted] ground shipping method "within a few days".

I placed and email to [redacted] the same day asking how I was supposed to track my order if they didn't provide an order number, and I didn't have a tracking number, or any kind of way to know about the status of my order. I requested a tracking number to better locate the parcel. they respond, with the following information,

"Dear Customer,

Please note that it can take between 3-4 business days for the order to just process.Once the order is processed it will ship and get charge if there are any problems we will notify you.We appreciate your patience.

Thank you

Customer service"

It has been five days since then and I decided to cancel the order, due to the fact that I consider this is not a trusted site. If customer service could only acknowledge and answer my my questions or at least provide more information about the order, this would be a much less frustrating situation.

However, at this point it feels as if they just took $129.67 without intention of providing the clothing I purchased. Below is a cut and paste of items ordered:

Sansha [redacted] (they didn't provide any kind of information as a username or Order number, to know more about the purchase status).Desired Settlement: I would like Sansha to cancel my original order and refund my debit card money, I don't trust the site at all and the costumer service does not provide information that help me to know more about the status of my order. I think that [redacted] is not a safe website to purchase dancewear items.
