Found Sansone incompetent and deceptiveUnfortunately, my ac unit had frozen upDespite getting it working again, I decided to have someone look it over, and service it while they were at itI explained ALL this to the service scheduler and was told someone would be out the next day between and Despite the technician arriving late (12:40), I went ahead with the appointment, explaining the situationI asked him to check everything thoughtfully, looking for a potential problemI was told that everything looked PERFECT That afternoon the unit froze up again! I called Sansone in the morningThey were very defensive and told me that I needed to have a "diagnostic" technician out in order to identify the problem, at my expense I decided to call another company who found that my unit was 4lbs low on coolantObviously the Sansone technician missed this, and as a result, not only was I inconvenienced, but out additional $ as well! I do not recommend this company!

It is hard to give an opinion on the service provided since I was never told by *** that the person scheduled to meet with me was not comingI scheduled the appointment FOUR days ahead of timeWhile waiting for the person to arrive, and wasting personal time off from work, I called the officeWhile constantly calling for more than an hour, a person finally answered the phoneWhile on hold several minutes, I was finally told that the person scheduled to meet with me called in sick, and that the person covered all of his appointment obviously this was not true
Don't bother calling the company, or you will be left out in the cold or the heat in this case

Despite the technician arriving late (12:40), I went ahead with the appointment, explaining the situation. I asked him to check everything thoughtfully, looking for a potential problem. I was told that everything looked PERFECT . That afternoon the unit froze up again! I called Sansone in the morning. Obviously the Sansone technician missed this, and as a result, not only was I inconvenienced, but out additional $ as well! I do not recommend this company!
