I am rejecting this response because:
As I explained to the CRM in charge of this case along with the managers I spoke to and Toyota, I was NOT given the opportunity to back out of the deal before I even signed the agreement. I spoke to the Finance individual along with my sales person looking for guidance and was told that since I had already taken the vehicle returning it was not an option.At the time I was misled to believe that because I hadn't finished paying off my old vehicle it was still the dealerships property therefor I was not aware I would still be required to sign over the car to them. As I told the CRM it was not until I was asked to return and finalize the paperwork (once all the lease paperwork was signed) that I was given the paperwork to sign off my old car over to Sansone. In conclusion this is a TERRIBLE way to conduct business and I am not only 100% dissatisfied but i'm also dissapointed that it matters more to complete a sale than it does to properly educate your customers and or find a way to give them a better experience, this is not the first time Sansone tricks its customers into terrible deals but I refuse to be given the aweful cuatomer service experience i've keep getting put through.

upfront at the start of the deal and told them the car had overmileage. I spent 6 hrs there negotiating with sales [redacted] and his manager who said ok we took care of the mileage factored it down to zero. They also as mentioned did take care of the existing payments I was then hit with a surprise bill for 1038. Over mileage which is opposite to what I was told I want to have that bill handled by Sansone toyota.

The dealership is sending the attached letter to Transunion today.

There was an error in the amount of the payoff estimated on the Customer’s trade in vehicle, which was explained to her.  Since the Consumer did not have the funds to cover the difference, the dealership lowered the agreed upon sale price of the vehicle, as a courtesy for her...

inconvenience.  The pay off was paid in full to [redacted] in the amount of $21,529.15. Tell us why here...

The dealership can't register the vehicle in New York State without proof of insurance, which the Customer has not...

sent.  That is what caused the delay in processing the motor vehicle.  However, if Mr. [redacted] would like to register the vehicle himself, the dealership will send him the title.  Please note that he will have to pay sales tax at that time.  Once he provides the dealership with proof of registration, they will refund him the sales tax and motor vehicle fees (less the temp fee of $7.00).If he provides the dealership with proof of insurance, the dealership will register the vehicle for him.  He can send the proof of insurance to our Legal Department ###-###-#### and they will ensure that it gets to the motor vehicle department.
