I have a very negative experience with Midlantic Property ManagementThey manage poorly our condominium and when homeowners complaint they threaten to sue (claiming harassment, slander and libel), try to coerce and silenceIf a homeowner calls or write to them they never answer the letters or emailsThey do not take responsibility for bad repairs and incomplete repairs done at the complexThis company does not supervise contractors (cleaning services)I do not recommend this property management company at all to anyone
This is a horrible property managementSince last year they said that we need parking stickers to park in the lot and that if we don't have it cars will be towedI got my parking sticker right away and I see cars parked overnight with no sticker for monthsI requested a sticker for my niece who is staying with me and I have not received it yet but the check was cashedI have emailed Cathy and called her and have not received a response backVery upset with the customer service or should I say lack of customer service
The worst property manager in my years of experience renting/owning propertyThe management company is a sham run by a former municipal councilman and mayor who is awarded contracts for the buildings he helps get approvedHis property managers ignore requests for repairs, account statements or complaintsThey rotate property managers to another location every few months to avoid having to answer to property ownersThey spent over months not repairing the front door to our building or repairing flood damaged ceilings and walls to floorsThey basically install their board members and get requests for additional fees and assessments approved by having votes retaken and meetings rescheduled until quorum is met or vote for additional payment is metThey spent over $on replacing each light bulb in only to replace again for $per light bulbThey had extra light bulbs left at the entrance of the building after they finished their $light bulb projectThe same light bulb can be purchased from Home Depot for less than $The company is basically built on fraud and waste uses HOA fees to hire multiple lawyers to defend them against any threat to having the board changed or requesting to see invoices or receipts
