This is a horrible property managementSince last year they said that we need parking stickers to park in the lot and that if we don't have it cars will be towedI got my parking sticker right away and I see cars parked overnight with no sticker for monthsI requested a sticker for my niece who is staying with me and I have not received it yet but the check was cashedI have emailed Cathy and called her and have not received a response backVery upset with the customer service or should I say lack of customer service

I have a very negative experience with Midlantic Property ManagementThey manage poorly our condominium and when homeowners complaint they threaten to sue (claiming harassment, slander and libel), try to coerce and silenceIf a homeowner calls or write to them they never answer the letters or emailsThey do not take responsibility for bad repairs and incomplete repairs done at the complexThis company does not supervise contractors (cleaning services)I do not recommend this property management company at all to anyone
