Based on the receiving call in December from the *** regarding the scratches to their appliances a full and complete investigation was done at that timeResults of that investigation was communicated to the *** in DecemberBased on the investigation and review of photographs we found no
evidence that our removal methods caused scratches to these appliancesPlease note that the home incurred a major fire with fire fighters and contractors walking through this residence before our arrivalI explain to the *** that the removal method of a dolly could not leave horizontal scratches on the appliances that were being removed at degree angleWe did question the technicians picking up the items as well as reviewed their photographs taken on site to arrive our decisionThe items were returned to the *** cleaned and restored in the same physical condition that we receivedThere were two items that were picked up on a quick return list that were not properly clean however were addressed and processed through without any additional inconvenience to the client In April during our meeting at our facility we discussed our findings again that were discussed in December regarding the surface scratches to appliances and how that our removal process could not have impacted these units We regret that the client is unsatisfied with our work however the proper care was utilized throughout the entire process of restoration their items

We have reviewed all items returned in photos from pick up to deliveryWe have returned items in the same condition as received and we did not damage any items from our servicesWe did clean and restore all items from the condition picked upOur position remains unchangedThank you

I am very disappointed in Tasa. By the time I got there they  already had the washer out side with some marks on it as I said before. I asked them to remove the screen door holder but they moved the dryer out any way and marked it up. They more pulled or tried to carry it out the door rather than using the dolly.If some one wanted to come and look you could see the appliances could not be removed (without damage)from our home without taking off the screen door holder. When they returned them I took the screen door holder off for them.There is also more items.The 2 lamps that are missing pieces and the other 2 lamps that are broken.TASA was notified of this and pics where sent
