The change meant what was really happing was two passengers one way at $80 and one passenger doing a day trip special at $46.Making a new adjusted total of $126. A $30 difference .This was charged while you were at the counter under reservation number 03[redacted]007. Later that day our reservation agent believed they had under charged for a normal $50 fare under confirmation number 03[redacted]007 and charged an additional $20.This charge was in error. I have refunded the $20.00 fare. Again our apologies for the confusion.

Review: I made a reservation with SB airbus on 07/03/2015, with confirmation number 0 10715633. Later I found I was charged an additional $20 luggage fee. However, I was never told about this fee and never authorized this charge. What's more, we have three people traveling with the bus and only with two small luggages. The SB airbus allows each passenger to take one small luggage for free, so there is no fees for our luggages for sure. Neither the front desk nor the driver informed us about the luggage fee charge. I contacted the SB airbus about this issue and they said it is because our luggage is oversized. I was extremely angry about their reply, since our luggage is indeed small. I replied with the photos of the luggages as evidences and they never replied back. I strongly feel the SB airbus is stealing my money and I am very disappointed with their rude customer service.
