Review: I was guaranteed my crab would be here by 10am in the morning from FedEx it did not arrive till 3pm we placed an order thru the Santa Barbara fish market is paid for 18.8 lb for $3.95 a lb which equaled up to 10 crabs shipping fees was a flat rate of a $150. Crab was order was alive total came out to $225.00 be for I even agreed I let her know about our FedEx in Hawaii is different she said she had already researched and it's a guarantee delivery by 10am or earlier so I trusted Teresa because I relied on there business to have a good reputation so when the package never came at it scheduled time I called her to ask her what happened to the guarantee delivery she was very Rude told me I would have to track it down it's not her problem would not even talk to me shared no concerns for my concerns. And I just payed this company $225. For 10 alive fresh crabs I relied on her guarantee due to how long it would have to take to reach here to kauai and be fresh. If she had told me there is no guarantee I would not have agreed, she was so rude and not wanting to help I asked to speak to her manager she said she was the manager so asked if there is someone else hirer for me to speak to she said she has no time for me and hung up the phone so I called back and she started laughing and saying there busy right now she will have Brian call me, also she said she would email the information I did not receive any at all nothing I wanted to speak to someone who could help me with my concern. FedEx did not reach me till 3:15 pm with my order. out of the 10 3 was dead 2 went bad I spent $225. For poor service and bad attitude. If someone was willing to speak to me and help me I wouldn't have to resort to the Revdex.com. I still haven't received a call from Brian I also finally got his cell # no answer or no calls back also on there website I tried calling the ###-###-#### online support it's some random persons phone # on there website I also tried calling the stores # ###-###-#### but still wasn't able to be helpedDesired Settlement: Want a shipping refund
