We wanted to go from using Paraco for our secondary heat source to converting to propane full timeWe called to get an idea of how competitive they are to oilThe customer service woman would not tell usShe was rude and told us her manager would call on Monday (this was Friday)We converted and their tech came over to make sure the lines were set upHe didn't know what he was doingHe also found a leak in our big tankThey took it and said they would arrange to drop off a new one the next dayNo call from the manager, no call to get the new tankWe called them and had to LEAVE A MESSAGE! Then we call the regional for NYGuy was rude and said he couldn't help useven though we are almost out of fuel! Very rudeNow we have to figure out how to get fuel

Mr*** was never sent a lease. The Safety Check is required on all tanks, company or customer owned. The fee , which we normally charge all customers, was wavied for Mr*** Attached is the signed contract regarding the sales of the tank along with a follow
confirmation letter additionally confirming the tank sale.We have no records of a lease being quoted or sent to customer. If the customer has other documentation, please forward so we can review

I have had an account w/ Parago Gas for many years nowThe larger they became the less likely I was to refer them to anyoneTheir delivery folks are terrific However, their service department is dismalMost specicifally, the service people on the phone are the least likely to help you with any problemsThey seem to read from a generic script and usually have very little idea on what needs to be doneI have been given the run around now for close to weeks with an issue with their tank meterThe last time this happened, it created havoc with the heating unitDespite my telling them that each time I spoke to them, no one bothered to listen and set up a service visitNow when the heating unit has the expected issue, they want to wait another few days to come out to figure it outSeriously? Time to change suppliers

Dear Sir/Madam:
            Thank you for the opportunity to respond to our mutual customer.
In response to this complaint, the tank was picked up on 3/27/2014. The gauge read 30%; this equals 36 gallons @ $3.93 for a total of $141.68. The pick-up fee is $95.66; we have issued a refund in the amount of $ 45.82 and terminated the account. The customer will receive their refund check in 2 weeks. The winter months and inclement weather were the key factors in us not being able to retrieve the tank in a timelier manner. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer.

Review: Hello there , I am writing to correct the issues at the Santa Barbara neighborhood clinic. The first thing is that I have insurance through UFCW local 1036 and I have talked with my providers at the Union office and they said there has never been a claim filed for my daughter who went to this clinic for the first time to have her check up and get vaccines and immunizations which is completely covered by my insurance that I have for her. Now I am being sent a bill for 256.00 dollars and I am being told its my resonsibility now to pay by the Clinic , which isnt true at all . With out submitting a claim then to my insurance then I could see how it hasnt been paid and letting this just go on isnt the right thing to do . They need to file it to my insurance which at the time of service I gave all of my info , so it's up to them to get paid by my insurance before they can appropriately send me a remainder bill if needed.Desired Settlement: File the claim and settle it with my insurance first .

Although next if your gonna try and file a demand for non payment make sure you have all the right info , I have never put down blue cross maybe the mother did that but we arent the problem here it's the lack of effort to actually resolve the real problem that is .
