Was hired to unclog drain from sump pump to street.Removed a section of cement sidewalk(3'x5')to gain access to drain tile.Installed entrance pipes that now pertrude a foot out of the ground where sidewalk was removed,creating a hazard because he hasn't returned to cut down access pipes and replace sidewalk.Was paid in full($600.).Brian Hart(owner)stated he would let ground settle then return in weeks to complete job.This was in the fall of and he has not returned leaving us a hazard right in the middle of our sidewalk to our home
