Santa Cruz Tattoo

I got a tattoo from a *** out of this tattoo studio on Sunday, 2/9/20. On Tuesday 2/11/20, I came home after a business meeting with severe cold chills and threw up several times. My arm was severely inflamed and was completely infected all the way up to my armpit; The tattoo was on my forearm. I went to urgent care and was put on several different kinds of antibiotics and had to have a very painful antibiotic shot. It took about 2 weeks for the infection to go away. I had contacted*** to talk to him about what had happened and he never called or tried to make contact with me.. I have since had no contact with him and have left messages on the tattoo shops voicemail. All I want is to be refunded the $260 I have paid for the tattoo even though my medical bills have cost more than that. Their lack of professionalism and care for their clients is disturbing. I have proof of receipt and pictures, medical bills that I contracted a serious Staph infection from this studio.
