I used Santa Fe for it's wash and waxing services I had terrible customer service with individuals that didn't speak English, and the facility placed a inch white scratch on my new black vehicle I spoke with the manager, and filed a complaint with corporate After one phone call to the manager days in a row, I finally received a poorly written response from a gmail address It appeared to have been written by a high school student with no professional experienceThe email didn't relate to my claim and when I went to the location to discuss this with the manager, he became angry and said to leave, there was nothing he could do I tell EVERYONE not to go to Santa Fe, and to use *** *** *** instead I've had wonderful service there

Review: My truck windshield was cracked while I the wash bay at Santa Fe. The attendant vacuumed the truck and the windshield wasn't cracked, they drove it into the wash bay and when the truck came out of the bay, the windshield was cracked. The manager filled out an incident report and took pictures. He said he would file and claim and was sorry it happened. They are now denying my claim to replace the windshield.Desired Settlement: Replace the windshield.

Review: 5/25/2016, Santa Fe car wash damaged my vehicle by putting it through the car wash with the sun roof down causing internal and external damages to my vehicle and personal property in the vehicle. My vehicle is now considered flood damaged due to the negligence of the workers. The corporate office has not responded to my emails regarding my claim that was submitted and I cant get any information from the business to speak with the General Manager. The company phone does not work.Desired Settlement: Pay for the repair of my vehicle and payment for my completely destroyed cell phone. To refund all monies collected from automatic payment for car wash services as of 5/25/2016 to date.

Review: On approximately June 23, 2016 I had my car washed at Santa Fe Car Wash. Upon leaving the car wash II noticed they had broken my cup holder located in the back of my car as they just left the pieces just sitting in the cup holder. I immediately returned to the car wash and advised them what they had done. They told me I had to fill out a form to be sent to their corporate and corporate would contact me with 5 to 10 days to determine if they were willing to pay. I never heard anything at all. I ended going to Toyota and having the piece replaced to the tune of $56.00 plus I spent $80.00 at the car wash for them to damage my car.Desired Settlement: to be reimbursed the $56.00 repair.

The email didn't relate to my claim and when I went to the location to discuss this with the manager, he became angry and said to leave, there was nothing he could do. Review: On Sunday, September 6, 2015 I went to this facility to have my car washed. After my car came off of the belt and was being hand-dryed, I looked at my car and noticed that my tag was missing and my gate pass that is on top of the tag. I also noticed a great deal of scratches on the right side of where my tag goes. We filed a complaint with the manager in charge (as were 2 other customers at the same time). He told me we'd receive a response within a few days and gave me a copy of my complaint. I received a response the next day that stated that since no other cars had been scratched there was no way that only my car had been scratched. First of all, I purchased my vehicle just a few months ago and those scratches did not exist. Second, I'm almost sure that the damage was caused by my tag scratching against my car as it was pulled off from going through the car wash belt!! Regardless, my boyfriend called a number of times to speak with a manager and was told he wasn't available, he can't talk to you, etc. My boyfriend also asked what the number to corporate was and the gentleman stated that the manager probably would not give him this information. We also asked for a call back and then was told that the manager was in a long conference call. To date, no one has returned our calls.Desired Settlement: I just want the front of my car fixed (repainted). I also have to purchase special screws to replace both my tag and my gate pass.

Review: Purchased expanded car wash service which was not performed as advertised. Also, facility scraped the paint off of both sides of the vehicle. When damage was shown to manager, he had me sign fill out a complaint to the corporate office. They responded via email stating the damage was not their fault, using a non-supported excuse and refused to take responsibility for their carelessness. The cost to repair the damage totaled $300, plus the $35 for the original "car-wash".

Review: The service was not completed when I arrived to pick it up.

On 3 Sept, at 9:00am, I dropped off my vehicle for a Supreme Bumper to Bumper. This service is advertised to take 3 hours. At 3:17 I called to let them know I was on my way to pick up the vehicle. The call went directly to voice mail. I called again a minute later and left a message. I tried to call again at 3:32, 3:39 and 3:47. When I arrived at 4:00 the vehicle was in the service bay and not finished. Since the vehicle was in the bay I could not see what if any of the service had been completed. I told [redacted] I was not paying because the service was not complete and she went to get the [redacted]. The [redacted] (**?) looked at the vehicle, said something to the gentlemen working on it, and walked right by me without looking or talking to me. I told the gentlemen working on it that they were done, to put everything back in it and to pull it out of the bay. I looked for the [redacted] to discuss the issue with him but he had gone off to dry off a vehicle out front. So I got in the vehicle and left. I called the car wash again at 4:42 and 4:54 to attempt to discuss the issue with the [redacted] again but the phone went to voice mail both times. I then sent two e-mails to the owners. I tried to call the [redacted] or [redacted] again on 4 Sept at 11:44, but [redacted] said none of them were in that day and to try back Friday. I called again on Friday at 11:37 and again spoke with [redacted] who said the two owners ([redacted]) and general [redacted] had left for the day. I left a message with her for the Friday [redacted]) to call me, but he never did. Now 8 days later I have still not been contacted by anyone from the company to resolve the issue of what had been completed vs what remains to be completed and what portions of the service that were provided are unsatisfactory.Desired Settlement: I would like acknowledgement that because the portion of the service that was provided was below standards it is complimentary.
