We already talk to customer for this complaint and took care of the order that has not been delivered on the date requested, we already send the order to the original recipient and also we try to
give credit back to costumer but she refused to get back the credit as we upgraded and send an extra chocolate for all the trouble for our costumer we already send a message for the credit for next time ordered with us she will get a 50%off for all the trouble we try to resolve our conflicts with costumers directly thank you*** ***Santa Fe Flower Shop

Review: I ordered a heart shaped bamboo, order #[redacted], for a total including tax, for $32.54 on May 9, 2015 for my aunt who lives in Vista, CA for Mother's Day on May 10, 2015. The receipt in the confirmation email stated it would be delivered on May 9th, 2015. I found out from my aunt on June 2, 2015, that she never received the bamboo. I contacted the company and the employee told me he would call me back in 5 minutes, then texted me saying he would call back in 10 minutes. He then claimed it was delivered but would send another bamboo. I received an email on June 2, 2015, at 6:57 PM, saying it would be delivered first thing in the morning. On June 3, 2015, I called around noon to make sure it was delivered because I never received a confirmation email as promised. He then told me they didn't have the exact bamboo in my original order, and that he would upgrade my order for free and deliver it that evening. On June 4, 2015 I found out they did not deliver it again and so I called him again. He gave me the same excuse and said he would be delivering it again that evening. Today, June 5, 2015, I am finding out once again that my order was not delivered as promised. I called several times this morning and left a voicemail and he is now ignoring my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $32.54, not store credit.
