Good morning.We understand Mr. [redacted]'s disappointment in not being awarded the prize he felt he should have been awarded, however the Scratch, Match and Win states you are a winner if your prize number matches one of the numbers. The flyer does not state which prize you win, and one of the prizes...

is a Wal-Mart gift card up to $1,000; Mr. [redacted] won a $5 Wal-Mart card.After Mr. [redacted] spoke with our Sales Manager and the flyer was explained to him, he was very angry and belligerent and left. He then called our General Manager and was offered gas money for his trip, to which he replied, "You had better not send me anything because I will go to your house and take your [redacted] TV!".We were absolutely ready to give Mr. [redacted] gas money for his trouble; however, he did refuse. We would still offer to send him a check for gas if he would like.Respectfully, Santa Fe Mazda Volvo

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I returned the Nissan and have received my Subaru back.   In addition the only thing promised by Mike J[redacted], General Manager was to locate and return the other 2 keys to the Subaru.  He said that if they could not locate them that he would order a new one from the factory.  Mr. [redacted] was very pleasant and I wish that I could have spoken to him earlier.
