The customer should have all needed tax information between the information provided in the mid-March letter and information on their December 31, monthly loan statement The type of loan this customer has with us in not a customary mortgage loan, no year-end form is produced for a camper/ motor home loan

A voicemail has been left for [redacted] requesting further information regarding ATM location and time of the transaction but *** has not called backWe are assuming that [redacted] account (which is not a North Shore Bank account) has been refunded the $

We have been in email contact with the customer over the past few days to explain our "funds availability" policy , it appears they will be closing their account

A representative from the bank talked with Ms*** on December to explain that the transactions in question were authorized on November and then posted on December to her account, and explained that the bank does not control when the transactions are posted to the customer’s
account. We also informed her as to why the account was charged fees. Our representative did apologize for the rudeness Ms*** experienced and asked if she wanted to retain the accountOur representative believes Ms*** is clear on the fee structure and how her account is set up. Our representative also offered their assistance in the future to Ms*** if she has any questions or concerns regarding her account

We are sorry we weren’t able to resolve this matter for you, and wish you the very best in your new location

We worked with the customer to close the account; the $5 and $charges have been waived

In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint we made numerous calls to her home (seven (7) to be exact). We would respond to a call fix her so called problem and in two (2) calls would get another call the next day for the so called same problem. As to the black mold this is a new one and these...

days the trigger word to call an alarm. She at one time they had a plumbing leak?After seven (7) returns and 7 x 56 miles per call it was evident that it had to be a case of wanting something for nothing.She has ten (10) years parts and any certified A/C contractor can accompany her needs. [redacted]

That is correct , the bank declined this transaction for reimbursement based on that it came through as a recurring charge on this customers account.  We contacted Speedy Cash on 02/16/16  they informed us that that the bank could not obtain information on the customer’s...

account and to have the customer contact Speedy Cash directly and they would open a case at that point.  A letter was sent to the customer on February 16, 201, stating that this charge was not disputable because it was coded as a recurring transaction and they should work with Speedy Cash directly.  As of March 17, 2015 the customer closed their account with North Shore Bank.

No IRS forms were sent. An adhoc letter with an interest total was sent, this shoddy information does not provide the necessary information required for the 1098 form such as outstanding principal, origination date, etc.
