Mrs *** bought a vehicle from Preferred motor company over months ago April 14th When Mrs *** came in she purchased a Mercedes Mlfrom us and signed all the proper paperwork and had us do several things to the vehicle for her
before she picked it up, we did all those things for her and she picked up the Mercedes the next dayAfter signing all the paperwork and taking the Mercedes she tried to renegotiate the interest rate with us, I then told Mrs *** that there wasnt anything we could do about the interest rate it was set by the bank that she signed up for, she then stated that if we didn't find a better bank that she wanted to cancel the purchaseI then told Mrs *** that we were well past canceling the deal, contracts were already done, MVI was complete and title was already given to her in her nameWe then received a call then next week about a battery issue and I told her to bring it in and we would look at it, we switched out her battery with one of our spares and everything worked correctly, again at that time She seemed happyI haven't heard a word about any other issue with that vehicle and would be more than happy to look at it for herIF Mrs *** has received any harassing phone calls or texts from us I am unaware of them and would personally like to see these texts, I haven't a clue why anyone from Preferred Motor would harass her about purchasing a car from us

Mr& Mrs*** bought a car from Preferred motor company 3/17/they had engine issues which resolved in needing a new motor
They purchased a extended warranty when they did there financing at the time of purchaseThe shop that it was at had some difficulties with the motorThat is between themAccording to the previous manager that they were dealing with mail the title out in which we have copy's ofI am assuming that Mr & Mrs *** never got it in the mailwhen New management came in we were contacted saying they needed a titlewe immediately got on the issue and they now have there titleWe are sorry for any inconvenience that we may have causedAs we are under new management we assure that these issues will never happen againThank you

I went to Preferred Motor Company today and visited with new management and to get the title for my BMWHe mentioned the issues with prior management and showed that he had resolved our issues with our titleWe now HAVE a title and will get it taggedWill cost a $penalty however due to taking a year to get a title, however I am glad they took care of the issueThank you

Mr *** Bought a FOrd Mustang From us OCtober 15th, we took his mustang to hickman tire for an inspection and at that time it passed *** I have documents to support this)Mr *** made the same claim on a review on *** to
which I posted a picture of the Motor Vehicle Inspection to show proof of the inspection at the day of sale, Mr *** claim of us lying about the interest rate is unfounded, there are two seperate documents which he signed and initialed that clearly show the interest rate, gfc lending which is his lein holder also did a customer interview with Mr *** on October 19th and then again went over the contract with him, the way we are set up with this lender we do NOT get payed until he does his customer interview, where they go over the contract and ask him how the car is runningAt that time there were no issuesI have already showed proof to mr *** about his MVI and he is still stating we didn't get his car inspected, i'm not sure what else to doI have talked to his father and asked him what the real problem was and he has said that his son is having some issues with the vehicle, I stated to his father that all he has to do is give us a call and we can take a look at his vehicleI'm still awaiting that call
