Dear Revdex.com,When Ms. [redacted] booked her reservation, the Terms and Conditions were supplied to her. In that document, it states that there is no reimbursement for mechanical failure. She agreed to this at the time of booking. Further, the interim...
cleaning is part of the booking process. It automatically populates when a guest books for 30 days. There is no coercion involved as it was a computer she was working with at the time of the booking. It is the guests' responsibility to schedule the cleaning date they prefer. We never received that information from Ms. [redacted]. Therefore, we take the interim cleaning funds and apply them to the exit cleaning and spend an addition 4 hours cleaning after the guest departure. This home was a 2 level, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage. It takes 2 or 3 people to clean it from top to bottom. As for the lawn, it had been mowed 2 weeks prior to the guest arrival. The lawn is on a drip system and is watered frequently. The gardening company kept procrastinating and we finally hired an outside source to take care of the lawn. Santa Fe is known for not having mosquitoes as we are high dry desert with no humidity and very few water resources. Each time Ms. [redacted] called, we took care of all issues in a timely manner. We are required by our Landlord Tenant laws to respond and fix everything within a 7 day time frame. We have accommodated Ms. [redacted]'s every request in a timely manner. As we explained to her prior to her departure this same information regarding the Terms and Conditions and what she agreed to regarding her stay with us, I am surprised that what she agreed to she is not upholding. I think a person's word is most valuable. We were fortunate to have her stay with us and hope she will return. We have attached the Terms of Use again for your review as well as Ms. [redacted].
