Review: We placed our order and did not receive what we ordered. We phoned Santa Maria Burgers and stated our order was not correct. The person on the phone stated that we received what we ordered. I stated we did not and that we wanted to return it for the correct item or if we could get a refund. The lady on the phone stated that there was no reason for either because we received the food we ordered. I stated that we didn't and I would contact the manager and corporate. She stated the manager was there and if I wanted to speak to her. I said yes. While waiting for the manager, you could hear the person talking to the manager telling her the situation and the manager replaying that she did not want to speak to me and that we are too busy to re-do any orders. The lady came back on the phone and said that her manager did not want to talk to me. I said that I would contact the owner. The lady on the phone said that the manager was also the owner. Not only did we not get the correct order, the manager/owner did not want to talk to me, as the customer I should be able to express the unsatisfactory service I received and not receiving the correct order. By the manager/owner not wanting to talk to the customer, this shows that the manager/owner does not care about her customers and that she is giving her employees a bad example on how to run a business.Desired Settlement: I believe I should receive a refund, not only because I did not receive the items I ordered, but also because of the lack of customer service I received. I asked for the order to be redone, and I would drive back over to the place, their response was, we are too busy.

I am rejecting this response because in response to my message, the person stated that I was cursing to her, this is a lie. First of all, I do not curse, I find that kind of language disgusting and not called for in any situation. I would never talk that way to anyone, not even to someone I don't know. I am truly disappointed that the worker would even write that in the response. I can't believe that they would go to that extreme. I feel that I am owed an apology for them accusing me of using offensive language, when it did not reach that point at any given time. I was upset when I talked to her and that I did ask for the manager, when the manager/owner refused to talk to me, I stated that I would be reporting to the Revdex.com, but I never used offensive language.

I also reject this response, because it does not even show the manager is replying to my responses. The way the message is being written, it is by the person who took the order. The manager needs to step up and take responsibility, not only for not talking to s customer, but also because the worker is now making false accusations about the language that was used.
