Review: MD office holding deposit after insurance processed claims. I have been trying from months to get my deposit back. Insurance paid 100% of allowed and provider is a contracted provider. I was required to pay $200 up front before having the exam and now I can not get refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like the $200 deposit refunded to me.
