Review: I moved from ky to CA. Before moving in September 2014 I had new brakes and rotors but on my car through a brake specialist. Upon arriving in Ca I had a check engine light on my car and my tires and brakes rattle and sounded like they were going to fall off my vehicle. I immediately took it to the Mazda dealership and was told the reason for the noise was the wrong brakes had been put on and I needed new shocks. After this the total was 475.11 and the purge sylenoid they stated the check engine light was from was not fixed and this would cost and additonal 380. A few days later the sound re-appeared so I took the vehicle back and they said it was the caliper and that they would clean it. After a week I still had the same problem and was told that it would cost 350. to have the caliper changed. I have no confidence in this service dept. Were my brakes the issue...no. So now I am out another 475.11 after spendin 321.54 in KY. I emailed both the service manager and the general manager requesting a refund or the problem fixed without a charge. I still have not gotten an answer from either one.Desired Settlement: I would like what is needed fixed fixed or a refund!

Review: I went to Nissan and I did end up getting a car. I asked that my credit be ran one time and my credit was ran 9 times. Now my credit score is down by 57 points. I was told that this will be removed and the hard inquires have not been removed. Not only that the car I traded in to them was supposed to be paid off already. I traded in my car in May and we are in August. I am now being harassed by the financial company for my old car that I traded in. Also I am now seeing that they are reporting on my credit score that it is over due and reporting negatively on my credit report stating I am 30 days late. They haven't received the payment yet and I'm getting really frustrated because neither one have been taken care of and I'm suffering with my credit because of this has not been addressed. Plus my maintenance light came on a few days after I bought this certified car. I'm at a lost for words.Desired Settlement: I want the payment made already for my old car and the negative information removed from my credit report. I want all of the inquires removed from my credit report like I was promised months ago. I've filed complaints with Experian and Equifax and Transunion but none of it has gone away. I'm truly worried and completely unsatisfied with this happening. I was promised this would of been taken care of and it hasn't. I want whatever is wrong with my car to be fixed. I want car waxed for my trouble.

Review: signed a contract with Nissan for a trade in for a used car. One month later was contacted about an attempt to get me to change APR rates and illegally cancel my contract. a new contract was agreed upon. Shortly after I received more than several credit report inquires and loan attempt notices that were not authorized. Along with these inquires I was notified by a credit service that I use, that the trade in had not been paid and was now deliquent. Both of these have cause my credit score to drop drastically. When I called Santa Maria Nissan I was verbally accosted by M[redacted]. I believe the delayed trade in payment and plethora of credit and loan inquires were retaliation. He assured us the loan was paid off. One hour later I called Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation to check the status of the loan. it was still not paid and being considered deliquent.Desired Settlement: That Santa Maria Nissan report their error to all credit reporting agencies and have both me and my wife's credit scores returned to original score.

Review: On 27 October 2014 I took our 2005 Nissan Maxima to Santa Maria Nissan (SMN)for Timing Chain noise. SMN determined that the timing chain needed replacing & I authorized it. SMN had the car a week and never offered a courtesy car or rental. The Maxima leaked oil when we got it back. I took it back, SMN said they heard a sound they didn't like and they needed to take it completely apart to check their work as well as check the leak. It took four more days but they gave us a courtesy car this time. They said they didn't find anything wrong with the timing chain and the leak was fixed. It still leaked when we got it back so I took it back to SMN. SMN said the right front CV joint boot was leaking. I told them the liquid in the driveway was oil not grease & took them a sample. They agreed and said they would check it out. SMN said they must have damaged the boot. They had problems getting a replacement boot to fit so they replaced the whole right front axle. SMN said the cause of the leak was an O-Ring of the wrong size was installed on the oil cooler line. It still leaked when we got it back. I took it back again. SMN still has the car and it is 1 January 2015. SMN has never called me with any updates on the status of our vehicle. I have had to call multiple times every week to find out what the status is. I have been given many estimated completion dates but when I call back they always extend the date. The last few times I have called SMN said it could have been the oil pan gasket and/or the crankshaft seal. Yesterday when I called they said they had to take the timing cover completely apart again and reseal it and the sealant had to cure overnight but the techs were off today (New Years Day) so I could pick it up on Friday 2 January. I took it to the dealer for the timing chain replacement because they are supposed to be he experts. It has been well over two months with no resolution. This is unreasonable.Desired Settlement: I just want to know why it has taken so long and why the extremely poor customer service. We just want our car back. This has been very stressful on our family during this holiday season. We want the community to know about this poor service. How can this happen? We feel like we have been lied to. I don't know what to do. Our car has been completely reliable up to this point. I no longer trust the car after this dealership has worked on it. This needs to be made known to the public. Thank you.

Review: I bought a car last Oct.2013. We trade a van amount $800 plus ck. amount $1,200. I asked the salesman how much the interest; he told me I do not want you to know. Then when we are signing the contract the salesman cover the paper work. We signed something without explaining to us about the interest and years to pay. At the time I check the contract the interest to high 23.69% and six years to pay. TO me this man take advantage to us. We need the car my husband is U.S. Veteran this is the only car that we are using. My question now how many people will be a victim like us.

Attached is a copy of contract.

Thank you so muchDesired Settlement: The only thing we want to keep the car and lower the interest. My husband Social Security is only $0,000 and mind is $000.00 please help us to solve this problem.
