The company indicates they had a few jobs prior to this consumers. The company...
was late arriving. The consumer had a whole house to move. The job was a 9 hour job total. The original estimate was only 6 hours. The company filled up a 26 foot truck. The consumer paid for 2 movers but the company brought 4 movers. The company loaded the truck, drove the truck and unloaded the truck. When the consumer called about having movers come back and move boxes the company couldn't because there would be a fee. The consumer did question where a few movies were put during the move, the company did not know. The consumer paid $135 for the overtime. The consumer stopped payment on this check. The consumer did give one of the movers some things she was throwing away. Nothing was taken from the consumer. The job was done and payment was stopped. The consumer was not around during the time of unload to tell the company where the boxes should go. The movers put them in the best place possible.
