Santa Rita performed services that were completely unsatisfactoryThey attempted to correct issues with proper drainage, & replacing trees
Santa Rita attempted to correct their unsatisfactory performance several times They replaced trees three times which died very quickly When told about the improper drainage, they attempted to solve the problem by digging trenches from our backyard to the from curbWe were left with a complete mess
We recently purchased a new home and hired Santa Rita Landscaping to install pavers on all concrete deck areas and to design and install the landscapingThis include a variety of plants, an irrigation and lighting system, plus a fully functioning water featureFrom design to installation to review and follthe project was completed as planned and on timeWe were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone from the designers to the installers, We could not be more pleased with the final result
Pavers installed by Santa Rita shift and displace sand in joints, leaving holesYard is not usable, and entire project is not of acceptable quality
I have never experienced such a poor product on a major investmentWe have continued to have problems with these concrete pavers, which were expensiveThe pavers were a major portion of the price of the yard, which was over $16,The pavers installed over the concrete patio slab had to be reinstalled because they shifted so much that they became noticeably sunken, raised and displacedNow, they continue to shift and even make a grinding sound against each other because they move when walking across themIn addition, the sand between the pavers moves so much that we cannot use a hose/water to do anything on our patio because the water completely displaces the sand from between the paversWe can't even clean them with water if a mess happens on them
When we chose these pavers with the sales person they were displayed in a showr
Many dead plants, some replace (incorrectly) others not replacedBroken light not replaced Lack of response to complaints or service requests
Santa Rita responded to some dead plant requests (covered by year warranty) but without using the plans installed the plants in the wrong locations Additional dead plants are not being replaced as they claim an animal ate them (we have animal proof fencing) One light was ripped from the ground and destroyed by wind, Santa Rita will not replace the light (if it was installed correctly it would not have been destroyed by a gust of wind) We have had to call dozens of times for service and for each service request it takes multiple calls to get them to come out for the service Additionally, they then schedule the service for weeks out (almost as though they want to push out service so the warranty date expires) They are now refusing to replace dead plants and the broken light I have tried to talk to management at the company but
We had a major renovation of our backyard to include the construction of a Ramada and a complete re-landscape of the yard We were very pleased with the professionalism of Santa Rita Landscaping from our initial meeting with the design consultant through the final walk through We would highly recommend them
Jerry the owner was very prompt returning calls and textsHe had good ideas and information
All the staff were friendly and professional
