Santa Rita did the backyard landscape for us and guided us through choices for a dream firepit and water feature, plus pavers and artificial turf and trees and plantsThey gave us lots of choices and worked within our budgetOne citrus tree had to be replaced and they did it promptlyThe workers sang- which I loved!- while [redacted] and his crew did the hardscapeThey were on-time and cleaned up each dayI have already recommended Santa Rita to another homeowner!
Many dead plants, some replace (incorrectly) others not replacedBroken light not replaced Lack of response to complaints or service requests Santa Rita responded to some dead plant requests (covered by year warranty) but without using the plans installed the plants in the wrong locations Additional dead plants are not being replaced as they claim an animal ate them (we have animal proof fencing) One light was ripped from the ground and destroyed by wind, Santa Rita will not replace the light (if it was installed correctly it would not have been destroyed by a gust of wind) We have had to call dozens of times for service and for each service request it takes multiple calls to get them to come out for the service Additionally, they then schedule the service for weeks out (almost as though they want to push out service so the warranty date expires) They are now refusing to replace dead plants and the broken light I have tried to talk to management at the company but
I would give Santa Rita Stars if it were possibleThis is by far the best Landscaping company out thereBetween the friendly staff and the amazing designs, it is a great overall experienceWhen you come into the office for your first appointment, you are immediately mesmerized by how beautiful the Design Center isThere is definitely a lot of time and energy put into the look and functionality of the Design Center
Pavers installed by Santa Rita shift and displace sand in joints, leaving holesYard is not usable, and entire project is not of acceptable quality I have never experienced such a poor product on a major investmentWe have continued to have problems with these concrete pavers, which were expensiveThe pavers were a major portion of the price of the yard, which was over $16,The pavers installed over the concrete patio slab had to be reinstalled because they shifted so much that they became noticeably sunken, raised and displacedNow, they continue to shift and even make a grinding sound against each other because they move when walking across themIn addition, the sand between the pavers moves so much that we cannot use a hose/water to do anything on our patio because the water completely displaces the sand from between the paversWe can't even clean them with water if a mess happens on them When we chose these pavers with the sales person they were displayed in a showr
