Review: Syvthc sent my account to collections even though payment was made at time of service. I sat down with the doctor in her office before my exam and she ran my insurance payment at that time. Payment was made before exam. After appointment I never once received a bill. About a year later there was a collection account on my credit report for this exam. This should never have been sent to collections as the doctor accepted my medi-cal insurance at the time of appointment. Also I was misdiagnosed at the appointment and ended up having to have an emergency hysterectomy. Not only has this incorrect information been financially draining, but emotionally and physically as well. Every time I see my credit report I'm reminded of the trauma and the fact that I can no longer bare children. Please remove collection account from CB obispo collection agency since it was paid for.Desired Settlement: Remove account from collections with Credit Bureau of San Luis Obispo and email or mail evidence of removal.
