Review: I ordered a letter from Santa for my three year old daughter on September 23rd. I was guaranteed letter delivery before Christmas. The letter did not show up until AFTER Christmas. It was also missing the candy that was supposed to come with it. These people are not making any attempt to respond to several peoples complaints. I want my money back. They have a Facebook page that no one is responding to on their part and their web page is now saying they are not accepting anymore orders right now, but no other info. Please make them pay.Desired Settlement: I want my $10 back and an apology for such substandard handling of this issue.
