Review: On 9-**-2015, I took my vehicle, a 2007 Ford F-150 pick up truck to the mentioned auto repair shop. During the process of common mechanical repairs, the driver side nerf bar step was damaged (blended). The business staff denied causing the damage however, the damage was not present upon me taking in the vehicle to the business. I was offered only a small, store credit which only covers a fraction to of the cost of replacing the damaged step.Desired Settlement: I would like $300 back from my total bill paid of $1,200. Cash or check. No store credit.
