Review: My car was declared totaled by [redacted] on July 10.2015. I released ownership of the vehicle on July 10th. Neither [redacted] nor the other insurance company whose driver was at fault to date has paid the vehicle off. They claim to be waiting for a Power of Attorney document from me which I never got and I explained this to them on numerous occasions. I spoke with my adjuster [redacted] on August 21st, who said that he would bring me the form that day. Then he called back to say the form wasn't needed and that [redacted] at 1-800-[redacted] was paying off the car that day. At no point did he mention the car was trying to be reposed by lien holder since the car had not been paid off, Now [redacted] has me in a position where this could destroy my credit and they are doing nothing to resolve the issue. I notified Santander of the total loss in late July. They have started the process of REPSOSSING a totaled . vehicle even though they have been notified by myself and [redacted] that the vehicle is to be paid off,Desired Settlement: NO REPOSE SHOULD BE FILLED AGAINST ME , [redacted] NEEDS TO MAKE PAY OFF. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT YET THEY COULD MESS MY CREDIT UP BIG TIME..ADDING INSULT TO INJURY OF CAR THAT IS TOTALED. TO REPOSE AGAINST ME IS COMPLETELY WRONG AND SEEMS DISHONEST WHEN THEY KNOW A PAYOFF IS PENDING
