Worst care ever, Monique and Megan are liars they both manipulated my mom not to sign an appeal form. The final two weeks of her stay was awful for my mom she was nauseated, was unable to get out of bed, bathe even unable to use the restroom with out help. She wet her self they only gave her 3 showers. I knew something wasn't right. I request to have be taken to the ER 3 times even upon discharge. They told me they would not because shes not sick and not medically necessary. BOY they are is, as soon as she was discharged I took her to the ER where it took 5 people to help her get out of the car, she was given IV fluids. They could not believe they discharged her looking like this. Oh and he had a severe bladder infection. But no I was told by Monique that taking my mom to the ER was not necessary, it would be a waist of time they would just end up discharging her. Well they obviously are not equipped to provide proper health care. My mother who they called a subject in their notes is a person, they wanted to stick her in a group home sorry no. I'm not an is I know what happens in those places I never thought a place like this would treat people the same way, with un proper care . They also never gave her chemo pill that was prescribed by her oncologist, they claim he never put it in there well sorry I was right they when he typed it into the computer and the oncologist office also confirmed with me that she was to start taking it while in there care. Its a pill not an IV of poison. I am disgusted by this place and the treatment toward my mom and I, I am her POA. Please do not send your family here if they need therapy's. I was even told by community reps when I was looking for help on what rights my mom has after they told me she was getting discharged, that this place has gone down hill since management has switched. They also never sent any reports to any of her doctors especially her oncologist who know nothing except what I told them. Also Todd I am still waiting on her call its almost a week know ( he is the director of the physicality so they say). Please if any of you call your selves Christians, working there and treating people like this you are doing wrong.

My mother has been there 9 days without a shower. She keeps asking for one but there is always an excuse. The last excuse was the aide had to finish her sandwich.

I am in receipt of copies of the billings that have been sent to Medicare and our secondary insurance. It shows that Dr. M[redacted] saw Richard 8 times while he was there. I am absolutely sure this is not the case. One date of 12/15 where it says he saw him was the discharge day. If Dr. M[redacted] saw him on that day and did not recognize that he had a severe UTI then you should find a new doctor to stop in on the patients under your care. Richard was still in bed asleep at 9 AM when I arrived and I doubt anyone had seen him that day. I am shocked at the number of times there are charges.

I am disgusted by this place and how they treated my grandfather. He was there for 1 week to get help and therapy from 2 strokes he suffered. During his stay there, he came down with the stomach flu. Rather than letting him rest and taking care of him since he is paralyzed on one side, they ignored his request not to do treadmill therapy and didn't check his vitals or help him get to the restroom. He ended up being rushed to the hospital with severe dehydration and kidney failure. My grandfather vomited and soiled himself and rather than tend to him, they had the carpets cleaned while he sat there in diarrhea and vomit. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A PERSON. Especially when you are paying them to give your loved one the care they need. My grandfather - a fighter - who eve after having 2 strokes was recovering and showing great strength - is now in a hospital suffering. A place we wanted to help him has done more damage than good.
