I am now a former patient of this business They, up until recently, had been my primary dental care through my Cigna Group Policy Most of the dental work performed on me through STCDG had been average to below average beginning with communications There exists a tremendous communications dis-connect between what the patient wants - what the patient is being told - and what the patient receivesMost recently, over a period of the last six months or so, STCDG began the process of building a front upper partial through their lab After 3-failed attempts of "not getting it right" the owner dentist, out of frustration, offer me a refund on my out-of-pocket expense I am still waiting for the refund Also, more recently, my wife, also a patient, went in for a single crown, which somehow turned into a three tooth crown and, after the intern dentist shot her up in the same location times (yes, literally, times) to get the job done and still did not get it right causing the owner dentist to take over, only after I threatened legal action She now has permanent facial nerve damage We will be looking into legal remedy for this as well Between this and 3D printed installed crowns which break easily and not exercising care with securing one crown at the cost of destroying another, our experience with this business has been upsetting to say the least You should always feel that your dentist, considering where he ply's his trade (in your mouth) would demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism Do not expect that here

Also, more recently, my wife, also a patient, went in for a single crown, which somehow turned into a three tooth crown and, after the intern dentist shot her up in the same location 15 times (yes, literally, 15 times) to get the job done and still did not get it right causing the owner dentist to take over, only after I threatened legal action. She now has permanent facial nerve damage. We will be looking into legal remedy for this as well. Between this and 3D printed installed crowns which break easily and not exercising care with securing one crown at the cost of destroying another, our experience with this business has been upsetting to say the least. You should always feel that your dentist, considering where he ply's his trade (in your mouth) would demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism. Do not expect that here.
