I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me and to my clientThe timeliness of the response, and the lengths that the client and I have had to go to in order to obtain this reporting, however, is beyond unsatisfactoryWhat a terrible experience this was!
