My name is Steve and I was the person he called and scheduled with. We take customer service and satisfaction very seriously.The customer says he called and left messages on our machine to cancel the job (always after hours). No such messages were ever received. He called only after the work was done and spoke to a person. He talked to Misty that day and actually confirmed the price "that's what I was quoted", He said his wife had scheduled with another company without his knowledge and paid a deposit. He said he would have to see if he could get his deposit back from the other company before paying the bill. He also stated the gutters and downspouts we installed looked great. We had no knowledge of any attempt to cancel the job prior to the completion of the work.We were there on time, the gate was left unlocked for us as agreed, we did quality work at the agreed upon price. Steve, W[redacted]A-1 GARAGE DOOR AND GUTTERP.O.
