I pre-ordered coffee cubes from santocubes.com on June 28th. I was told it will be shipped after July 2nd. That's their launch date. I have been emailing them back and forth asking about my order. They keep giving me the run around stating that it will be shipped. It is now August 2nd. I still have not received my order. I got an email stating that it was shipped, but it only says that a label was created, NOT SHIPPED. I checked their *** reviews in the past and several customers have complained. They didn't receive their order as well. I checked their *** again today; come to my surprise, they disabled the "review section". They keep telling me to wait 10 days! I've waited over 10 days now. Something doesn't sound right about this company. I paid through ***. I will be contacting them as well.

Refund I would like my money back. I know it's not much, but it's the principal, that's what matters.
They have complied and gave me a refund.
