My goal at Whiteside of StClairsville, Incis to sell and service automobiles for a fair price and to make a fair profitWe work very hard to accomplish this in an ethical and honest wayIf I feel my company has done something wrong or made a mistake I have always made it right when given the opportunity We have been doing business in StClairsville, Ohio for years we also support our local community and local businesses on a daily basis to keep our good name and reputation in front of the consumerWith that in mind there are times when it's not possible to make someone satisfied and happy, even when you feel you have done everything right and upfront Regardless of what I think about this transaction I am prepared to refund the amount that this consumer feels he has been overchargedI am in no way admitting guilt or agreeing that my organization did anything unethical, illegal, or dishonestThere was an agreement which we honored, and this customer feels there is more owed to himTo make amends I am mailing this refund today, September 5th \ Respectfully [redacted]

The complain filed I* *** from Nicholas County is accurate
There is no question that the statements made are true, and we have been calling for a very long time to resolve this matter
I personally got involved on 10/02/
I spoke with *** ** ***
*** and she explained that the vehicle is completed and ready for shipmentShe told me that the unit should arrive in to daysWe contacted Nicholas County to bring them up to speed and they requested approval to send someone from their organization to pick up the vehicle in ***
I contacted GM and Kerr Industries and was told that it was in fact possible with the appropriate paper work and authorizationI contacted my GM Area Manager to get this authorization and I am waiting to hear back from him today
They would like to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday October 8thI don't see where this will be an issue and will continue to work to resolve this matter

My apologies for being late on my response to this complaintI am usually very quick to respond and I have gotten back into town after a day vacationI have looked into this complaint and agree that there was some miscommunication on the part of my Service and Parts Department and for
that I apologizeMost importantly we have repaired the vehicle by replacing the camshaft posttion actuator solenoid valveThis was performed on repair order number *** which the customer was given a copy ofThese repairs were done at no charge to the customerIf you have any additional questions please feel free to call me at *** *** *** Thank you T** *** Whiteside of St Clairsville, Inc

This letter is in response to ID *** *** *** In June Mr* *** did in fact purchase a Mercury Grand Marquis, Serial # ***">We had the vehicle listed on cars.com for $10,After trade, tax, title fee, and payoff our amount to finance was $11,*** *** made an offer of $11,evenWe accepted his offer and when he arrived to pick up his vehicle the actual amount to finance was $10,That is $under the agreed upon price
I don't feel we did anything wrong and I certainly don't appreciate *** *** accusations that we lied or stating that car dealers have a bad reputation*** *** clearly had the opportunity to read all of the documents that he signed and to raise this question at the time when he picked up his vehicle*** we both know that the amount of money he is requesting is not going to effect my dealership to any serious degree so if you feel we were wrong I will reimburse this man the differenceI just don't feel we lied, or deceived him in anyway

     We have been doing business in St. Clairsville, Ohio for 31 years we also support our local community and local businesses on a daily basis to keep our good name and reputation in front of the consumer. With that in mind there are times when it's not possible to make someone satisfied and happy, even when you feel you have done everything right and upfront. 
     Regardless of what I think about this transaction I am prepared to refund the amount that this consumer feels he has been overcharged.
